Important Pricing Notes

Overages: Billed at $0.07 per pound for weight exceeding the base allowance, tracked via certified landfill scale tickets.

Extra Days:$45.00/day for standard residential rentals.

Delivery: Free within a 10-mile radius of our yard. Beyond 10 miles, a travel fee of $4.00/mile is added.

Environmental Fee: A 10% Environmental Fee is applied to all invoices in accordance with Fresno City and Fresno County municipal codes.

Roofing tear-off bins are strictly capped at a 20-yard maximum to ensure legal highway transit weight compliance. Base rate includes 4,000 lbs (2 tons).

Container Cap: 20-Yard Maximum

Maximum container size for roofing projects: 20-yard. 30-yard bins are not available for roofing tear-offs.

Plan your weight budget before you begin

A standard 1,500 sq ft home with a two-layer shingle tear-off will routinely fill a 20-yard dumpster completely, averaging 2–3 tons over the standard weight allowance. Please plan your project budget accordingly.

The Heavy Clean — 7-Yard Heavy Materials Bin

Strictly reserved for dense materials: concrete, asphalt, brick, dirt, and sand.

No initial weight limit is included — billed directly by landfill cost.

The Clean Concrete Exception

No weight-limit fees for loads of 100% clean concrete or 100% clean asphalt.

No other materials may be mixed into the bin to qualify for this exception.

Brick Exclusion

Brick is excluded from the clean concrete exception and incurs additional disposal charges at standard overage rates.
